Evaluate and negotiate all offers received. Look at the timeline & terms and don’t focus solely on the offer price. Many factors contribute to your overall maximum profit

ACCEPT AN OFFER
Agree to all terms with the buyer including price, closing date, and any contingencies. You are now Ratified. i.e., Under Contract!

INSPECTIONS & APPRAISALS
Most buyers will opt in for these. They will schedule and conduct their home inspection and have the property officially appraised.

NEGOTIATE REPAIRS
Your agent will discuss the home inspection results and any final repairs requested. They will cover all of your solution options to negotiate a win-win for both parties.
